Crepes No Ka 'Oi is a little gem in Kailua. I had the La Bella Italia crepe...with some Italian sausages, tomato sauce, and Provolone cheese. The crepes were soft but had a nice chew, the fillings were rich but not too heavy....it was hands down OMG yummy!
Highly recommended for your upcoming visit to Kailua.
