It was the Marathon Expo on the weekend and my dear sibling went and collected the goods for me. I said to dear sibling: "...might as well go - you might get lots of freebies like Snicker Bars and random promo stuff."Turns out the economy has tightened somewhat and there is a cost to all the freebies. Well, "cost" in terms of time (massive queues to get one chocolate fun size Snickers bar) and brain cells (you need to complete a puzzle before collecting your free Snickers bar).
Man...I hope they don't ask us to solve a puzzle before handing us a chocolate at the 35KM drink stop....

Dear Sibling was feeling awesome walking up to the Marathon Challenge tent to collect the bib.
Probably rehearsing for the big day next week.
Wonder if this running ant is doing the Marathon too? Recall Waratah Man during the Sydney Marathon?
