So my month long recovery from HK marathon has finally come
to an end. Lazy cannot be lazy any more. I have been doing some light running
here and there, but nothing specific. I have signed up for a pacing gig in 26 days’
time so I better get training. I thought – I needed some motivation to keep
training, but I am not ready to race for another PB yet. How about some rabbit
pacing magic?
Here’s the map of the course:
I will be pacing 2 hours (120 minutes) at the Canberra Half Marathon on 13 April 2014 (5:38min/km) (banking in one minute). It will be fun running with a flag up my ass.
